who is this desgined for ? Anyone who uses a vehicle for green laning or overlanding. With no experience or plenty and wants to learn new practices or gain more knowledge in certain areas in this group based event.
We're excited to announce a brand new event designed for adventure enthusiasts like you! This workshop will immerse you in all aspects of overlanding, green laning, and vehicle preparation—whether you're gearing up for a day on the trails or a month-long expedition.
What You’ll Learn:
Our workshop covers a comprehensive range of topics, including:

- Preparing your vehicle for an adventure
- Hill descents, navigating side slopes, and tackling mud and ruts
- Wading rivers and save practice
- Self-recovery strategies
- Understanding jacking points and equipment
- Vehicle checks before and after your trip
- Setting up and building your vehicle for optimal performance
- Quick fixes for common breakdowns
You’ll also engage in equipment to help make informed decisions regarding recovery methods, including:
- Snatch straps, winch extensions, and tree savers
- Sand tracks, bridging boards, and traction aids
- Kinetic ropes
- Jacks/Hi-lift jacks and exhaust jacks
- Sand recovery techniques
- Winch rigging essentials
Winching Techniques:
- Safe winching practices: The dos and dont's
- Understanding different types of shackles
- Winch blankets
- Types of pulleys and anchor points
Overland Travel Considerations:

Schedule Overview:
Kick-off with Breakfast Start your day with a warm breakfast and meet and greet to get familiar with fellow participants.
Morning Session: Join us for a presentation that covers essential topics, equipment, and an overview of vehicle operation, with a chance to get hands on with equipment. —leading up to lunchtime.
45-minute lunch break.
Afternoon Session:
After breakfast We will head out to our vehicles practice techniques covered earlier in the day before, practices convoy driving exercises on the trails, explore river crossings and terrain to apply new thoughts about how to approch opjects and guiding others though. Before a debriefing and conclusion at the end of the day on topics and personal development and any questions you may have.

By the end of the workshop, you will have gained invaluable knowledge about yourself and your vehicle, preparing you for your next great adventure!
This events needs a minimum of 4 to run, upon not reaching minimum amount place will be transfered to next date.
Please note that this is not a qualification course. Instead, it is an event organized by us to share over 17 years of experience in these fields, highlighting what we have found to be effective and what does not work. We have been 4x4 and winch instructors, and we will be sharing the knowledge we have gained from our experiences. This information will be beneficial if you are looking to further your skills in 4x4 driving or winch training.
