North Wales Green-Laning Adventure
North Wales has an incredible amount to offer green-laning enthusiasts, from iconic must-drive routes with breathtaking views to quieter, more relaxed lanes that show off the region’s rugged beauty.
This one-day adventure is designed to showcase some of the best green lanes in the area, combining legendary routes with scenic connectors, social stops and a relaxed but rewarding pace. As we head further into North Wales, Snowdonia provides a dramatic backdrop, adding to the sense of adventure throughout the day.
Our adventure begins near Oswestry before heading west towards Llangollen, quickly immersing us in classic Welsh countryside and some of the most well-known green lanes in the region.
The route includes iconic lanes such as Pheasant Steps and Splashy Lane, along with a variety of lesser-known scenic lanes that add flow, variety and plenty of interest to the day.
We’ll enjoy regular stops throughout the route to take in the views, capture photos and explore the surroundings. Lunch will be at a local pub, giving everyone time to relax, refuel and chat before continuing with the afternoon lanes.
This full-day adventure combines classic Welsh green lanes, social stops, beautiful scenery and a rewarding guided off-road driving experience from start to finish.
