Our journey begins near Llangollen, where we quickly immerse ourselves in the surrounding countryside before heading towards the famous Corwen Car Wash. This early section sets the tone for the day, combining well-known lanes with beautiful rural scenery and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the views.
We’ll make regular stops throughout the route to take photos, explore the surroundings and take in the landscape. Lunch will be at a local pub, giving everyone time to relax, refuel and chat before continuing with the afternoon lanes.
After lunch, we delve deeper into the heart of North Wales. As the scenery becomes increasingly rugged and dramatic, expect a true sense of adventure with remote-feeling lanes, sweeping valley views and mountain landscapes, all framed by the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia in the distance.
The afternoon route focuses on longer flowing scenic sections, forest tracks, open mountain landscapes and quieter lanes rarely used by others. It offers a brilliant balance of rewarding driving and spectacular scenery without feeling rushed.
We finish towards Betws-y-Coed after a full day of guided Welsh green-laning, leaving you with unforgettable views, iconic lanes and a true taste of North Wales adventure.
